Local AI for Local Work

As I sit here in my studio painting, I notice the soft light of late afternoon. The canvas before me is a blank slate, much like the digital spaces where HACOY's local AI agents operate. These agents, built from models that run on my own servers in Italy and Lithuania, have taken over many tasks I used to outsource. When I started HACOY, I was managing everything by hand. The administrative workload grew faster than I could handle it alone. My first thought was to delegate these tasks to external services. However, after a while, I began to see the inefficiencies and costs accumulating. That's when I decided to build my own local AI agents. These models are not perfect, but they are effective for most of what HACOY needs. They handle order processing, customer inquiries, and even some aspects of marketing. The process of building them has been a learning curve, but it has also been incredibly satisfying. It reminds me of the slow, deliberate strokes I use on my canvas. By keeping these models local, I've gained more control over HACOY's operations. It means less dependency on external services and a clearer understanding of how things work behind the scenes. And as I continue to build and refine these agents, they become not just tools for efficiency but also a testament to the power of local solutions.
